TNA founder having heart problems......
Jerry Jarrett, founder of NWA: TNA, underwent triple bypass surgery over the weekend in Nashville, TN. Jarrett was taken to the hospital on Wednesday last week after suffering from dizziness.
We are thinking of you Jerry

Yeah, I read this on another site around lunch time. I hope Jerry recovers well, as I know we have some of his family that posts on this board.
I'm also looking forward to reading his book which I have heard is coming out this summer. Sounds like a good read if it has USWA material in a large abundance.

well, the story is out so here's more..He is doing fine, was moved to a upgraded room today !Cuz is a tough ol'bird so dont count him down long.A guy who can put up with the horrible Shingles(they hurt bad!!!) 3 or 4 times in his life can sure beat this!

I had to register and say something when I saw this! I used to travel with the boys and knew some of them quite well. I really admire Jerry and have some wonderful memories of him. He was always a gentleman to me when some of the guys were...uh...less than gentlemanly. I hope that anyone here who knows Jerry will convey my get well wishes to him and tell him that he and his family are in my thoughts and prayers!!!!!

I'm glad to hear he is doing well Paul N. I can attest to the marvels of modern medicine, as my father also is a heart surgery alumni and doing just fine.
Hope to see him back on TNA television in a few months, and I wish Mr. Jarrett a speedy recovery and much future success.
