I've got a few in mind.
First there is the one between Eddie Gilbert/Jerry Lawler from 1990. I mean people actually called the cops to tell them Lawler had been hit by a car. That's how legit this feud looked to the fans in the live TV5 viewing area.
Another one that comes to mind that I liked was the Jeff Jarrett/Jerry Lawler vs. The Moondogs feud. It won feud of the year in PWI. That's a pretty good accomplishment considering that by the year they won it, WCW and the WWF were for the most part the only wrestling companies getting major press.
I also liked the revival of the Lawler/Gilbert feud in 92 or 93 where Gilbert took the Sam Bass ring jackets from Lawler. Again, it looked like the two really and truly had a deep disdain for each other.
However, my favorite of all time would have to be the SMW vs. USWA feud. I had not gotten to see SMW at all, as we did not have satelite, so to see these talented guys who were working over there, and to have Jim Cornette cutting promos, as only Corny can do. It was awesome to watch.
What are yours?

My favorite memories would have to be with the USWA: When Randy Savage was brought in ( as we was doing color commentary at time for then WWF) and challenged Jerry Lawler for the Unified Title ( which was actually the AWA World Title after Snowman stole the original Unified Title ) in a steel cage match where Sherri Martel tried to interfear but her top came open Another great angle that or memory that came to mind was The Moondogs -vs- Ron & Don Harris they had some gruesome matches. I actually the angle where Reggie B. Fine ( Reginald Walker ) was feuding with Jerry Lawler, where Reggie B. Fine, actually came out one week with a title that said "Unifried Champion" that was halirious. But Reggie, would actually go on and take the Unified Title title from Lawler at the dying days of USWA. All time stupidest angle USWA could have done where Randy Hales, was acting like he was crazy which they took the angle and tried to make it into a real life where Hales, actually lost his car for not paying the notes on it. Hales, would show up at the Big One Expo Cener as well tv and hit himself in the head. Which was toally one of the stupidest angels Lawler ever did. George gwren103@aol.com AIM: gwren103

I've still got that Unifried World Champion interview on tape. Reggie looked so goofy as a "King" that it was fun to watch while he and Queenie were feuding with Lawler.
Does anyone know the whereabouts of Queenie or her real name?

Queenie was actually at one time married to "Crazy" Luke Graham Jr. ( ( gimmick only not his real name ) who runs Galaxy Championship Wrestling in Arkansas.
I believe Luke & her are still married.

The actual concession stand brawl was between Jerry Lawler / Bill Dundee -vs- Blonde Bombers in Tupelo, Mississippi ( Letham who later became Moondog Spot & Ferris who later became the Honky Tonk Man )
The concession stand brawl was brought back in the early 90's with Jerry Lawler / Jeff Jarrett -vs- The Moondogs in Kennett, Missouri.
Lawler / Dundee -vs- The Moondogs never took place.

This may have been before 1988 but one of my favorite Memphis memories was when Jeff Jarrett first started wrestling. Seems like he was a referee or something and kept getting jumped and beat down by Tojo and his Japanese team at the time. Pat Tanaka and Paul Diamond helped save Jeff and they made this music video (which was common at the time) for the feud that was set to the song "Danger Zone" from the Top Gun soundtrack. It's weird that I can remember stuff like that from 15 or 20 years past, but can't recall where I put my cell phone a few minutes ago.

I have so many... I remember when JJ read that framed poem called "Don't Quit" and Brian C. smashed it over his head...the crowd was so appalled.
When Bert Prentice said Miss Texas was really a man and sleeping with Eddie Marlin...
The entire rise of BC as a heel--pulling the chains, the interviews and music videos...

It HAD to be Tennessee vs. Texas, hands down. And of course, any time Jimmy Cornette showed up. I'll never forget that classic line where he said the Fabulous Ones were so tough, they could strap a bucket of fried chicken on their backs and ride a bike bare-backed through Ethiopia (or something akin to that)! Man, what is Cornette doing these days? My life hasn't been the same since his fast, witty dialogues have been absent!
